Ergen May Be Eyeing Satellite Radio

Charlie Ergen’s EchoStar Corp. may be trying to take control of satellite radio company Sirius XM, the Wall Street Journal reports. Ergen recently acquired part of a $300 million tranche of Sirus debt maturing Feb. 17, the paper says.

  1. This is interesting. EchoStar and the NFL have long been at odds with each other. Also, SiriusXM is available on DirecTV. This could get complicated. No matter what, the stock has jumped 20% in the last two days. Now, I’m only down 96%!
