Jon Stewart’s eight-minute take-down of CNBC, which combined clips of the cable-network’s hosts being cozy with financial bigwigs as the stock market went into a steep decline, has garnered 1.3 million online views during the last week, Daily Variety reports, citing figures from Comedy Central. His battle against the network might intensify Thursday when CNBC host Jim Cramer appears on “The Daily Show,” the trade paper says.

  1. If anything good comes out of this, it would be for Cramer to be fired. Isn’t there any accountability when these “experts” are so blatantly corrupt? They hurt people. I’d prefer Imus any day.
