GSN has taken the wraps off an ambitious development slate featuring wide-ranging competition projects that test the definition of the TV game show.

Among the new shows that are in the works are the horror-themed game show “Hellevator” and the design and invention series “Steampunk’d.”

Meanwhile, the previously announced pilot “App Wars” tapped “Wonder Years” actress Danica McKellar to host the program, and signed tech experts Nolan Bushnell (founder of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese’s Pizza-Time Theaters), Alyson Shontell (Business Insider) and Prerna Gupta (co-founder of Khu.sh) as judges.

Also in the pipeline are “Bingo Bash,” “Winsanity” and “Face 2 Face,” among other projects. For details about the full development slate, please click here to read the press release from GSN.
