The memorial service for boxing great Muhammad Ali, who died Friday at 74, will be aired live and commercial-free by BET and Centric. BET Networks announced a lineup of special programming in connection with the event.
The BET News special program “BET Remembers Muhammad Ali: The Memorial Service” will be televised Friday, June 10, at 2 p.m. ET on BET and Centric, and will also be available via live stream on BET.com and the BET Now app.
“BET News correspondent Marc Lamont Hill will anchor live coverage of the memorial service. Hill will be joined in studio by special guests to share reflections and provide cultural commentary,” BET Networks said in its announcement.
BET Networks will also broadcast an encore airing of the BET News documentary “Muhammad Ali: The People’s Champ” at 1 p.m. ET on BET and Centric.
