NBC pulled some of its original programming from the prime-time lineup as the broadcast networks brace for competition from tonight’s Game 7 of the World Series on Fox. The moves follow a similar programming tweak by CBS, as we reported separately.

NBC is pulling scheduled original episodes of “Law & Order: SVU” and “Chicago PD” that had been scheduled to air tonight. The original installment of “The Blacklist” set for the 8 p.m. slot will air tonight as originally scheduled.

NBC will air a repeat episode of “SVU’s” Season 19 premiere, “Gone Fishin’,” tonight at 9 p.m., followed by a repeat of the “Chicago PD” episode “Reform” at 10 p.m.

NBC broke down the details on how the moves will impact the next three Wednesday prime-time schedules, tonight through Nov. 15, including blurbs about the individual episodes. You can click here for details on how the next few installments of “SVU” and “Chicago PD” will play out.

Tonight’s Game 7 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros is scheduled to get under way on Fox at 8:20 p.m. ET/5:20 p.m. PT.
