Nov 28, 2018  •  Post A Comment

ABC has its prime-time lineup figured out for midseason, announcing today that “The Conners” will be replaced by “American Housewife” on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. starting Feb. 5, while “Schooled,” a spinoff of “The Goldbergs,” will premiere Wednesday, Jan. 9.

ABC also added an episode to its order for “American Housewife.”

“Schooled” will air Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m., following “The Goldbergs.”

“‘Schooled,’ set in 1990-something, follows the hilarious faculty of William Penn Academy, led by new music teacher and WP graduate Lainey Lewis (AJ Michalka), Principal Glascott (Tim Meadows), Coach Mellor (Bryan Callen) and young, enthusiastic super-teacher Charlie Brown, or CB for short (Brett Dier),” ABC said in today’s announcement. “Despite their eccentricities and crazy personal lives, these teachers are heroes to their students.”

“Schooled” is created by Adam F. Goldberg & Marc Firek, and comes from Sony Pictures Television and ABC Studios. Adam F. Goldberg, Doug Robinson and Marc Firek are executive producers.

“The Conners” wraps its first season on Jan. 22.

  1. Thanks for honest, factual reporting. Glad to see The Conners go bye-bye. Tired of media propaganda propping up certain shows, despite lack of interest by the majority of public viewers

  2. Also glad The Conners is gone!
